Synopsis: Undone explores the elastic nature of reality through its central character, Alma. After getting into a nearly fatal car crash, Alma discovers she has a new relationship with time and uses this ability to find out the truth about her father's death.

This is a TV-series for the American video streaming service Amazon Prime, directed by Hisko Hulsing. I have worked on this project, both season 1 and 2, as the 2D Animation and Ink&Paint supervisor, overseeing a team of roughly 15 animators at Submarine Studio in Amsterdam.

My job was to do quality control and to make sure everything runs smoothly within our department; coming up with solutions to the department pipeline, solving the puzzle of how to keep things as consistent as possible, giving daily feedback on shots before they go to the director and translating the vision of the writers and directors into a style that fits the budget and making sure we meet the deadlines. My department was responsible for the coloring and shading of the characters, as well as some additional rotoscopy and 2D FX animation.
